Our Story
Red Pipers began with two people who shared a dream.
We, Mathan Mathew Kuruvinakunnel and Roshini Thomas Kuruvinakunnel, began our careers working in banking. But even as we dealt with numbers, our true passion was always in the kitchen. Cooking, baking, and crafting flavors that brought people together gave us a happiness no corporate job could match.
In 2015, Roshini made a bold move—leaving her banking job to follow her passion and start Red Pipers Caterers. What began as a small, heartfelt venture quickly blossomed into a trusted catering brand celebrated for its quality, consistency, and flavour. Over time, the catering division grew to handle events of up to 1,000 guests, becoming a go-to choice for celebrations.
As our brand grew, so did our aspirations. In 2018, we opened our first bakery—Red Pipers Bakes & Treats—in a cozy spot at Aruna Puram, Pala. The warm reception from customers inspired us to dream even bigger.
In 2022, I (Mathan) left my banking career to join Roshini full-time, boosting our vision and taking Red Pipers to new heights. That same year, we relocated our bakery to a larger, more elegant space at St. Thomas Mall, opposite the Head Post Office in Pala, where we proudly continue to operate today.
From a simple passion to a thriving bakery and catering brand, our story is one of courage, love, and the belief that good food truly brings people together. And as we continue our journey, we remain committed to serving you the very best—always from the heart.
